Not Quite A Full Moon by skipt07

Not Quite A Full Moon

I had my granddaughter with me and when I returned her home I saw the moon rising over the neighbor's house. I took a number of shots bracketing them. The moon was 100% illuminated but the 16th was the full moon. I am glad I took these because the next day was cloudy. Filling in holes. I forgot that I had taken this.
Excellent shot! The light and moon colour match so well! Great details in the moon!

Great shot Skip...I really like this, and the moon's shadow/light combo is really well done.

Such a cool shot! How did you get the house an the moon in focus?!

Well done. One day maybe I can do this. There is a cool free app called Luna Solaria that gives you moon data.

Thank you all again for the heartwarming comments and the fav Laurie!
I used an f/16 aperture for greater depth of field and ISO 400 to keep the noise down. Since it wasn't totally dark, the sky was blue, it allowed the detail of the house to be seen.
