Such beautiful flowers that come in a wide variety of colours and adorn many flower beds and is much identified with Easter since they bloom in early spring. I found it interesting that Hyacinthus is a small genus which is native to the eastern Mediterranean, Iraq, north-east Iran, and Turkmenistan. A region where so much of our attention is focused for all the terrible things going on there.
