Fibonacci

I never heard of this until now. Wasn't exactly sure how to depict it in a photo until I did some research on Google. This is a part of our dining room light.
Fibonacci's Spiral is everywhere Skip... I found it in a rotted tree stump a few days ago - http://365project.org/vignouse/a-year-of-days/2015-11-11

@vignouse - I will be more aware of this in the future. It might be fun to do a series of these. I'll stick that idea somewhere in my brain!

A bit like the 'koru' of NZ!

Neat capture...I've read about the spiral in relation to composition.

Nice capture and perfect title for it.

@maggiemae - Koru would make a great entry for a Fibonacci!

@dmdfday - The tungsten light bulbs made it look that way even though I had the white balance set for auto. I guess I should have corrected it in LR. The wall is really yellow and the wrought iron light is black.

It's even in the petals of a rosebud. You've captured a beautiful image.

@juliedduncan @skstein - After my research I see that now. I just never heard the term Fibonacci before this. That's why I said to Richard, @vignouse after learning what it is that it would make a good series now that I know what to look for and that it exists. Do you remember stereograms (Brain Teasers)? It was a computer generated image hidden in what looked like patterns that made no sense. It took me awhile to learn how to see them, but after I learned the trick I can not help but see the hidden images. It's kind of like that. Thanks for the comments!
