I picked a Peony for my wife and placed it in a vase. I noticed the little bubbles attached to the stem and thought it might make an interesting subject. The focus is slightly off. The camera had a hard time auto-focusing. It would focus, but not exactly where I wanted it. So I finally tried manually focusing a few times, which turned out to be the best.
