My wife and I drove up to Benezette, PA ( Elk Country) to see if we would have any luck seeing any elk. We got off I-80 for lunch and when we went back to our car I saw we had a flat tire. I called AAA to get my tired fixed but was told they would only change it not fix it. So I changed the tire myself and headed into town to find a place to repair the tire since the spare is a donut and top speed with it is only 50 MPH. Getting it repaired at our second stop we were off again arriving later than we had planned. But, it turned out to be a good this as we saw two bull elk and their herds before we even got to the visitor's center in Benezette. This is the second bull we saw. He was bigger and had a larger rack then the first one. There is a story that goes with those Christmas lights that I will post later.
