@jenniferruge - I don't know what the weather has been like in Germany, but in western PA we had an early warm spell in March which got everything opening way too soon. Then it cooled down which allowed us to enjoy the flowers much longer then normal and that includes the new leaves opening on the trees. It has been a beautiful Spring for photographers!
