This is a pine that is growing in our back yard. It once was our Christmas tree. We bought this at a nursery and its roots were balled in burlap. After Christmas we planted it in its present location. @danette - Oh yes. They do have shallow roots, I thought this one might come down two days ago when we experienced 30-30 mph wind gusts. But it is still standing!!
