Dino

Thanks for all the lovely comments on my 6 hours in Manhattan series. Now time to "switch gears". On my last car series, I concentrated on American muscle cars, so this series is going to feature European sports cars.

Here is a 1972 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS, one of my favorite Ferraris and a truly beautiful motorcar. The Dino brand of Ferraris was their lower priced line of mid-engine sports cars, sold from 1968 - 1976. This 246 was designed to compete head to head with a Porsche 911 and was priced very close to the Porsche. The Dino is far more valuable today than a 911!

@jackie8 Hi Jackie, nope - I've been banished. Haven't seen or talked with her for almost two weeks. Waiting to hear if we are spending Christmas Day together. I don't think she applies that motto to our relationship.
