Thin Mint Cupcakes

Now that it's Girl Scout Cookie season I took the opportunity to come up with a crazy cupcake concoction: a Thin Mint lining the bottom, chocolate cake, a Thin Mint cream cheese filling, topped with melted Andes mint chips and mint buttercream.
