I'd rather have good food than fancy bling any day of the week, so I'm abandoning the theme to share tonight's dinner. This recipe is definitely a keeper:
Oddly enough the recipe was from Cooking Light but it's definitely carb loaded. The serving size is small (three pierogis) but I found that was filling when served with a salad.
I had to google pierogi because I've never heard of them.
I see on Wikipedia that pierogi is the plural of the Polish word pierĂ³g, which is rarely used because you get more than one per serving. Interestingly, the recipe you used pluralises it again in a manner quite opposite of what happened to peas.
