I'd rather have good food than fancy bling any day of the week, so I'm abandoning the theme to share tonight's dinner. This recipe is definitely a keeper:
Oddly enough the recipe was from Cooking Light but it's definitely carb loaded. The serving size is small (three pierogis) but I found that was filling when served with a salad.
I had to google pierogi because I've never heard of them.
I see on Wikipedia that pierogi is the plural of the Polish word pieróg, which is rarely used because you get more than one per serving. Interestingly, the recipe you used pluralises it again in a manner quite opposite of what happened to peas.
