But I went out in it anyway. This was the view from the car before I went out along the seafront, which doesn't really do justice to how yucky it was outside.
I would have gone running this evening but my back is sore, due to ongoing issues. I went jogging two days and it wasn't a good idea as it aggravated the pain I already had. I wanted to raise my heart rate but I have since decided 'never again' if my back is sore. Today I got my gear on and just went out for a nice brisk walk. The rain has been slowly coming down here in Norfolk and this evening it was pretty nasty but hey-ho...I wanted to do some exercise. And anyway there is no such thing as bad weather - just inappropriate clothing :)
3 good things:
1 - Passing on an old Canon AE-1 for a little cash to a young student who will actually use it
2 - Buying a new tripod for my kit - a nice compact Manfrotto 190GO!
3 - A walk in the wind and rain
I disagree...there is bad weather. But I get you. Recently I went hiking when it was below freezing. I bundled up well and was fine. Hope your back feels better. Mine is stiff frequently, too. I do lots of yoga and stretching to help it. It hurts now, dang it.
@scotthouston I should have definitely not run through that pain...getting better. Just a good reminder that i'm not 26 even though I think like I am, and I need to keep on to of it :)
