Yep...it was *just that windy*! (I took a series of photos of things blowing sideways as well, but the picture I misses was when Ken set out the plates of cat food and they immediately blew off into the pool! I was alerted to the fact by the sound of cursing!
That was definitely a stiff breeze you were playing against. Those Santa Ana winds can be beastly. That's when I should play golf, when it's windy so I can blame my hooks and slices on Mother Nature instead of my complete inability to drive a ball.
@lyndemc I know what you mean - I was preparing all of my excuses and blame, but oddly I ended up having one of my better days, and while the wind affected almost all the others, I ended up with first place in the day's tournament. Not a good trend.
