this would have been a better shot against a clear blue sky. but no, it started out as a really overcast morning, but the clouds lifted a bit in the mid afternoon but the wind was so bad it was damn cold!
this is the "canopy" (what else can we call it? i'm too lazy to open my encyclopeadia and find out) at the entrance to the brookfield place, a two-tower building on the other side of the street of our office building. as you can see the canopy is supported by two 'pillars' that look like lower case Y. and that design and the Y's are also repeated inside the 'mall' that joins the two towers that also connects to the 'hockey hall of fame' building.
one letter more to go. should be an easy one. yay!
@olivetreeann - they did. i have a lot of potential photos to take with i have observed with these buildings. and now, everywhere i go, i'm still finding letters. unbelievable. thank you, ann, for the challenge. i think we deserve a good rest, don't you think so?
@summerfield I was all ready to take a break from these challenges but then Amy Hughes posted one on the discussion board that really looks fun. It's just a random list- a photo a day for March- so I think I'll do it- only because it's random- no pressure to come up with something unique every day. And for the words that I've already done in the previous 4 challenges- I'm just substituting whatever I want! Downright feisty of me, I know. I think it's called March Photo a Day.
