buskerfest at the st. lawrence market starts today. chance to take some street shots and play the 30-second game. but i was selective today; i didn't want to be burdened with deleting a lot of photos. so aiming my camera towards the crowd, i pan and pressed the shutter only when i see a nice face. and it's true what an ex-boyfriend once told me: a young woman has to be really stunningly beautiful and tall to be noticed in a crowd, but a pretty and elegant middle aged woman is the real standout. tonight, i got two in my shots. they were watching the 'silver elvis' and you can see the amusement in their faces. i'm pretty sure they were elvis fans in their young age.
