got tired of streetshots. actually, i wasn't feeling creative today. feeling a tad dizzy. so i did the 30-second game around the dining table which is right next to my work corner at home. nothing stood out until the camera caught the bracelet i was wearing.
after i lost my tennis bracelet some two weeks ago, i started to wear an old bracelet from so many years back. it was a charm bracelet and i started to collect charms that related to writing. the first charm i ever bought was this typewriter charm in 14-karat gold. i also have a book charm and a quill charm. i've been looking for an inkwell charm and when i couldn't find any i put away the bracelet. but now i'm using it again and maybe it will inspire me to write a lot and not just sporadic as i do now.
Oh, I love this one ... the typewriter is so unique!! Finding the ones that you did must have taken some time. My old charm bracelet is like the ususal....children, hearts, souvinirs of places seen, etc. I finally put it away when it got heavy. Wish that you had found your tennis bracelet. This is a lovely lowlight capture. Great clarity and it has a soft glow. Don't let your writing wait, summerfield ... do a little everyday. You're way too good to stop writing.
@karenann - thank you, karenann. every time i go into writing, something always happens and it gets in the backburner. maybe i'm not meant to be a successful writer. but it doesn't mean i should stop altogether. one day, i will just sit down and write and won't stop. i know it. thanks again, my friend.
@tanja_1211 - thank you, tanja. i lost the bracelet on the street a long time ago so i don't think i'll find it. but i hope someone's enjoying the use of it now and not gone through a grid on the pavement.
@steeler - thank you, howard.
