it was a lazy day, hot and humid outside, but i wanted a change of scenery to take photos of so i took the bus to the distillery district near downtown. i've been there once last year but just briefly as i went during my lunch hour.
i was taking on an outside exhibit of wonderful photographs when i remembered about the 30-second game. i was all set to photograph the old buildings when i saw this wedding party having their photos taken. because i was at a safe distance, i started to shoot with my canon p&s as that was what i had in my hand. it actually took me more than 30-second to take just a few shots.
i chose this one because it shows the randomness of the moment. the girls were not posing per se as the two photographers were busy with the groom and his buddies and the children sponsors. at one point, the bride saw me taking pics and she actually posed and smiled at me, but a passerby photobombed my shot.
there were five other wedding parties around the distillery compound. the old buildings are really a fantastic setting for wedding photography. i also took a few shots of those wedding parties but i wasn't playing the 30-second game when i did.
thank you, folks, for your kind visits and comments; know that i appreciate them a lot.
CertAinly a photo op just begging to be grabbed. @roth It is just taking as many random pictures as you can in 30 seconds. To be sorted out for keepers at a later time
