basking in the early morning sunshine under clear blue skies, the young crabapple tree will burst into a bouquet of beautiful pink flowers any day now.

this posting is for sue @roth who's recently recovered from some difficulties. sue, here's hoping the apple blossoms are a sign of new hopes for you, and for all of us, too.

update on the "mother and child" photograph. http://365project.org/summerfield/365-still/2013-05-03 they like it! they really, really like it! i had printed a 6 x 8 of the photo for the young mother and she was very pleased with that shot. i'm posting in my other album the shot of her little son that i had printed for her to give to her guests. http://365project.org/summerfield/365-still/2013-05-07

she wanted the photo of the two of them just for her and her parents. i also gave her printed copies of the other eight good shots. all's well. thank you for your kind encouragement and support. i think my next gig will be an engagement shoot. but it won't be soon though.
