park bench with a view

it is cold by the water, definitely, but it is also beautiful! the blanket of pure white surely was both stunningly gorgeous and cruelly cold. several times my toes felt like they would not recover from standing so long in knee-deep snow.

Oh my friend this looks lovely! But what to wear on my feet? I have no appropriate shoes, especially since I've been in thongs (flip flops) since December. We hit 39 Celsius today, I had to work making buffalo mozzarella - I had sweat trickling I tell you. Took myself and my canine pal straight to the beach where we frolicked and got all sandy and salty. But this snow business, I'd love to sit here talking, maybe a little hot chocolate and delectable delight from the patisserie...thank you my friend I love this. Maybe needs to go on the wall with my other one?? xx
