for the mad minute word for today, meaning "of or related to midnight".
i didn't take this photo at midnight, i took it this today during my morning walk and i've encountered a dog barking at me from inside a window, an eerily black cat, which crossed my path and thankfully i'm not that superstitious, and this cat sitting outside the window amidst the lusciously flowering garden of this house.
the cat, of course, is one of those mesonoxian creatures associated with some kind of devilish thing, like the sidekick of a witch, or some witchy creature that turns it/herself into a cat at the stroke of midnight, to prowl the alleys or lash out its evil deeds.
but not necessarily this cat. this one's a poser. but then again, we never know, do we? maybe it's a witch who forgot to turn herself back into a witch.
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are sincerely appreciated.
it was a challenge conceived by lou whereby the challenger would post one of those archaic words or words only geniuses use and then portray the word in a picture.
by the way, our exercise tonight didn't work. :-(
