the drill bit by summerfield

the drill bit

of a stationary, belt-driven drill press. i don't know what it is/was used for but i would guess for something industrially useful. talking out of my ass from tiredness, sorry. :-P

the self-imposed challenge of "industrial" continues this week, so there won't be much of a colourful or sweetheart photos in this album.

industrial is defined as "anything having to do with the business of manufacturing products; but not utility, transportation, and financial companies."

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.

once again, i can say you folks are awesome. glad you liked my over the moon photo yesterday and sent it straight on to pp. much appreciated, folks.

and might you want, if you are so inclined, to have a look-see at my mad hatters poem/posting today http://365project.org/madhatters/365/2015-07-22

Lots of interesting texture here. Sometimes tiredness produces a good photo!

Following Bill's suggestion to view on black and he is right! It definitely makes it pop! I also find the background immensely interesting for an industrial setting!
