the pink cookie

today we had an event at the office called "the day of pink".

"The International Day of Pink is a rallying event against bullying, discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, and transmisogyny across the world.

Each year, on the second Wednesday of April, millions of people wear something pink to raise awareness.

The Day of Pink is more than just a symbol of a shared belief in celebrating diversity. It is also a commitment to being open-minded, to accepting differences and to learning to respect each other." - the NRF website

we had a group photoshoot after which we were treated to snacks of mini cupcakes with pink frosting and cookies, like this one, also with pink frosting.

i hope you like this photo because i am dying to eat the cookie and i am going to do that just now.

i couldn't think of a better way to present this to you (because as i said, i have to have that cookie NOW!) and as the pink piano was handy, thought i'd make use of it.
