my sister went to Hawaii with her friends. i told her to try and get me a real-life frangipani and press it in a book or magazine. she was scaredy cat and didn't want to risk getting the ire of our customs people. so she brought me the next best thing - a hair clip. long ago, my best bud Ada brought me a frangipani hair claw https://365project.org/summerfield/365-still/2019-10-14, so now i have two frangipani, albeit plastic.
the black and white sarong or wrap is one i acquired during one of my visits in the old country. i use it as a table cloth sometimes. 😂
