The Black Mountains by susiemc

The Black Mountains

We went to Brecon this morning to do some shopping and on the way back we were impressed by this view of The Black Mountains in the distance, covered in snow. I deliberately didn't crop the sky because I thought it was interesting
Wonderful scene! yes the clouds are great :)

Lovely photo Sue. I think leaving the sky uncropped was a good decision - it adds to the sense of openness and scale. I've just looked through quite a few of your photos - they're beautiful and similar to photos I like to take (although I don't take them half as well as you do!). I lived in South Wales before moving to NZ so it was nice to see familiar sights.

Still waiting for our first "proper" snow. It snowed briefly this morning but it disappeared as soon as it fell.
