After I'd taken the photos of the moon yesterday I went to Hereford to do various bits of shopping. I wasn't pushed for time and it was a beautiful day so after I'd done the things I had to do I went for a bit of a wander and found a lovely old bridge from which I took this picture. One day I'll try and take a picture of the bridge itself. This picture looks better on black.

I'm ashamed to say that although I'm very familiar with the shops in Hereford until recently I hadn't explored the area near the cathedral. My learned friend Pamela @pamelaclarke and I are planning a jolly soon when we intend to go inside the cathedral and visit the Mappa Mundi exhibition ( as well as have coffee and lunch of course). Watch this space for more photos.
