This photo follows on from yesterday's and is the last one from my recent London trip. I rather like this view of the Gherkin just below us, and City Hall, the round building in the middle of the picture.
I'm off to Brighton now to collect Emily. She's staying for half term.

Amazing! I was at a meeting on the top floor of City Hall a couple of years ago and there are great views of the City, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, from the balcony.
