This is the morning after the Man vs Horse event (see previous post) and is my very last morning of cooking breakfasts for guests. We have 15. Usually we have between 4 and 6!! The secret when there are so many guests is to be organised the night before, have an early night and get up early the next morning. On weekdays I do this on my own but on weekends Chris helps. Thankfully he's here to help this weekend.
Such a charming scene of a hostess enjoying herself in her present role . As you say ,organisation is the key word to make sure everything runs smoothly. I am sure you will enjoy the next chapter of life without the hassle of endless paying guests ! Best Wished to you both ! :)
