It's always a relief when plants that completely disappear in the winter reappear in the spring. We planted a mixed bag of blue anenomes, some are doubles and some, like these are singles. I prefer these because the bees and other insects can get to the pollen and anyway I just like them better.
They are beautiful and such a delicate colour -I would call these semi -double ! Yes its lovely to see them appear - I have quite a lot of green leafy growths and not sure what will appear - the joy of a garden !
They are beautiful, great shot, it is nice watching things reappear after the winter, a few things are coming up in my garden but I have no idea what they are.
