Tortoiseshell on White Buddleia

This is the first tortoiseshell I've seen this year and I'm sure this one is here because It's attracted to the white buddleia.
Very pretty, nice contrast with the white of the buddleia

At first glance I thought it was a monarch but I see the colours are similar but the markings are different.

@gardencat We don't get monarchs here in the UK. I@ve only seen them in butterfly houses (and here on 365) and they are incredibly beautiful.
