Poor Dazed little Goldcrest

This morning this poor little goldcrest flew into the window and stunned itself. Chris picked it up and held in his warm hands for a while and then he put it back on the ground. You'll be pleased to hear that shortly after I took this picture the little bird flew off as if nothing had happened

Good to know the little one flew safely. I have several items on my south facing windows so birds won't think it's an empty space. One neighbour has a cut out peregrine!
