Another shot from the failed super moon photo walk, when Junko and I started exploring other options. Taken not far from where we shot the rusty hook. While I was taking this one, it turned out Junko was also playing with forced perspective in another area. In reality, the Queen Anne's Lace was a lot smaller than the sun...
Junko's forced perspective is at: http://365project.org/jyokota/365/2014-08-14
@redy4et Sorry I wasn't clear -- it's the sun! It's the day we couldn't shoot the moon shot because of clouds. So we decided to follow areas where the sun was setting since we wouldn't have moon shots. But I'm glad you liked it when you thought it was a red moon!
This was such a fun photo walk, and to discover we had both been playing with forced perspective without having talked about it was funny. I just linked your photo to my photo. You know how much I love how you created this beautiful flower silhouette against the gorgeous color of the sunset! Who needs a super moon anyway?
Man, that silhouette is crisp, sharp and dark, and looks fabulous against the red of the setting sun.
Your comment yesterday on my textured moth picture was much appreciated. If you think it looked stunning, well, that's something. :) It's my first dabbling in using texture on images. There's lots to learn yet.
