Searching for the Best Pollen

I'm pretty sure this is a bee, though it looks different than the ones I usually see. It was covered in pollen and searching for more. Taken as it flitted about the flower boxes on our deck.

Fabulous color and detail bee or not. Pearl and I were on wilderness companion hike yesterday where three of the dogs and four of the people got stung multiple times ( one woman 12 stings!) luckily we weren’t especially since Pearl got stung so badly last year that she still gets panicky when any flying insect comes near or a little spikey grass pricks her delicateness

@jerome I'd look for a used one -- KEH Photography is one source, but I'm guessing there are many others. It's a great lens, but has been available a long time. Good luck!
