Get pushed challenge for this week is portraiture -- low-key if possible. This is my last entry for the week (not low key obviously). Taken at Friday night's Blackhawks game, this is Kirk, husband of one of my grad student advisees, season ticket holder, repertoire of knowledge of the Blackhawks today and in the past, and super-fan. Their son has been going to games since he was an infant -- another fan in the making! We are sitting high in the tiers, above one of the goals and all are in our red, black, or white Hawks jerseys.
@ missmercy Here's my final entry. Thanks for pushing me to do some portraits. I'd sort of forgotten how much I like doing these and it was fun this week to try to do a variety using different lenses, contexts, and settings.
