I was walking across campus today and did a double take at the coordinated outfit of rock and coed! Of no artistic merit as a photo, but really was a striking scene.
Yes...the colors are great That is one really strange rock. Glad I saw it in large..it looked like some kind of weird creature. Great capture of this..!
@eyesmile I have no clue what the rocks represent, but I've noticed over the years that the paint changes as do the messages, although most of the messages are not decipherable!
@ness50@jaynspain@jankoos I can't imagine dressing to go with the rock, but she really had the perfect shirt on - down to the black swirl pattern. You could see her over a block away!
Oh that is funny. Isn't part of photography gaining the ability to make observations like this? And it becomes a part of your photo journal experience. As I look back over my project sometimes it is just so fun to be reminded of an experience or something that struck me on a particular day that I may have never remembered.
@jyokota I was late for a meeting and running by, so grabbed the shot and kept going. She was gone by the time I got back. It would have been fun to share it with her as I doubt she would have noticed it given the angle of where she was sitting.
@danielwsc@wendyhgill Thanks Daniel and Wendy -- it was one of those very quick sightings and then lucky she didn't move while I got my camera out and took the shot.
