I have mentioned on a number of occasions in the past that I love road shots. I have no idea what makes them so appealing to me. I think I can just imagine myself cruising/hurtling down the road going wherever.
This thin ribbon of bitumen, just outside of Dajarra, is the Diamantina Development Road from Mt Isa to Boulia.
me too!! I must have taken fifty since we started our road trip....all different. Gosh..Dajarra...I was there once when I was very young....there was a huge dust storm. Lovely photo you have taken of the endless road
Love it. Maybe I should send this to my daughter's ex mother in law. She thinks that Australia is really crowded. Obviously never left Doncaster in Victoria.
