I Can See for Miles and Miles

Day 20 - Winton, Western Queensland

We made a last minute decision to head up to the Winton Dinosaur Museum about 30kms outside Winton but by the time we got there, they were getting ready to close so we missed out.
The museum sits on top of a huge jump up with commanding views of the surrounding plains.

They say that at sea level the horizon is 3 miles or 4.84km away, it looks much more than that, great capture Terry
