Love the look on Eoin's face in this shot. He was feeding her one sunflower seed at a time.
From the moment they met up, the female King Parrott and Eoin had some sort of a thing going on.
At one point, she landed on the table as she normally does and then when she saw Eoin in the family room, she flew down and walked inside. Meanwhile, Eoin was commando crawling across the floor towards her, all the time talking to her and got right up in her face. It was priceless to see.
He is colour blind so the fact that the female is not as colourful as the male was entirely lost on him.
And in case you are wondering, Eoin is an Irish/Gaelic name (John is a very proud Irishman) and is pronounced Owen.
