Ever wondered where "The Cloud" was? Can you see your pics in there? Photo taken at 11,000m over the Gulf of Carpentaria two and a half hours after leaving Brisbane.
In my profile I said that one of my interests was travel so it is ironic that every photo I have posted so far, except two, have come from our own back yard. That will be corrected over the next two weeks.
I have never worried about taking photos while flying - usually they are terrible. However I had a number of possibilities from this flight, The QANTAS tail, Brisbane from the air, The Wide Brown Land, The Gulf Country but thought that the cloud was the more photo worthy. Somewhere in the cloud bank on the horizon is Queensland's first cyclone of the season. 6 hours of flying after this pic was taken. Where were we headed?
