Day 17: Inside Passage & Ketchikan Alaska
We docked at Ketchikan in the early morning and were able to take optional excursions ashore. We had booked to go on a 4 man, drive-yourself high speed zodiac cruise of the Ketchikan passage. Luckily the other two on our zodiac didn't want to drive so Nanna and I shared it. WooHoo!!!!!!
There were plenty of bald eagles in the trees and I was lucky enough to shoot this one catching a fish. Considering the light was in the wrong place, we were bobbing around in the zodiac and I didn't have the camera on burst mode, I was pretty happy with the outcome.

@richardhoeg No this was with my trusty DSLR. I love it. We ended up getting the Nikon equivalent of the SX-50 which Nanna commandeered and took many pics with, Some of her shots with the big zoom will feature later. BTW, told you I had some bird pics coming up.
