Yellow Water Lilies

Day 19 - Jabiru to Batchelor

If I heard correctly, the guide on our Yellow Waters cruise said that these smaller water lilies are disappearing from many of the Kakadu wetlands because they are constantly being trampled by the water buffalo.

Lovely tones in this Terry. I don't recall ever seeing this variety.
