The sight of this will raise the blood pressure of many of the 365ers in Oz. We wage a constant battle with scrub turkeys in our yard. This one is a very recent arrival and is only a juvenile - probably about 2/3 grown. The size of his feet gives an indication of the damage they can cause in a garden. Let the battle begin!!!!
Turkeys have now moved into northern Minnesota. They are extending their range almost up to Canada. It was not believes they could survive the severe cold and deep snow, but the turkeys think otherwise.
