Hot water for the showers at Coward Springs was provided by a wood fired donkey - although this one looks more like a rocket.
I liked the painting of the hand on the side that told you where to feel to see if there was hot water on offer.
As you can see, the shower block, as was all the buildings at Coward Springs, has been constructed from old railway sleepers lifted from the old Ghan line
Once again I need to apologise for the lack of comments. We are currently on the road again and wont be back home until late next week. I'll do as best I can with variable internet connections.
