Yet Another Boab by terryliv

Yet Another Boab

Taken through the window of the truck as we bounced our way towards Emma Gorge in the Kimberley, Western Australia during our trip there last year. I was pretty chuffed with this given the circumstances. SOOC - no crop
Wonderful tree shot! And that it was taken while rollin' along a bumpy road makes it all the more impressive. Is the fact it's devoid of leaves mean it's dying tree or just not yet leafed out for season?

Really a great shot especially considering you were bouncing when you took it. Very pretty.

@lyndemc The Boab is deciduous and goes into dormancy during the dry season. No such thing as winter in northern Oz and the Kimberley - just the wet season and the dry season
