Day 11 - Ouch by terryliv

Day 11 - Ouch

I made the comment in one of my previous postings that while we were hiking in Emma Gorge, Rhoda had stepped on a loose rock and had taken a bit of a fall. By the next night, this bruise had started to come out. (You know what's coming don't you)
My apologies but have been unable to comment or post for the past couple of days and still only have limited opportunity.

On the map at http://365project.org/terryliv/from-the-archiv/2015-01-06 this is shown as Day 11 and it should be Day 10.

See the background to this series of postings on the Kimberley at http://365project.org/terryliv/from-the-archiv/2015-01-08
oh I can feel her pain!!! I jumped over some water onto rocks in Darwin - smashed my leg up really badly - thought it was broken and couldn't walk for days - excruciating!!! So I think we will be seeing how this develops????

Wow, that was a nasty spill and the bruising always seems to grow during the days that follow, especially if you are on a blood thinner

Ouch. I bet she said things like "Oh dear", our "Whoopsy Daisy" when she did this, or something similar. :)

From personal experience I can assert that "Travel can be a health hazard"
