Parish Churches - Church of Bartholomew, Warleggan, Cornwall

Of all of the parish churches we visited, this small church at Warleggan, on the edge of the Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, was our favourite - and that was even before we found out it was haunted. See http://www.haunted-britain.com/warleggan.htm

The church is partly Norman (11th century) and partly 15th century in origins. It once had a spire but it fell down in 1818.
The whole church just reeks of the history of the common man.

Nicely done! I could have told it was haunted if you'd asked....and sent me this photo.

Nice editing. I miss 'old' things sometimes. Nothing so old in Australia.
