Don't Mess with Delia!

I always do Delia's Creole Christmas cake, it's so easy. You just soak a ton of dried fruit in a measured amount of booze for a week. Then mix in butter, sugar, eggs and flour and cook for a couple of hours.

I never use the amount, or varieties, of fruit and booze Deals says to use!!

That is a good idea, i’ve made that one before and loved it. I only stick to two of the described sorts of booze. Thanks for putting that idea in my head Jackie.

Hi Jackie - would you possibly have another of your good food shots that you wouldn't mind using to fill the hole on the 11th Dec. I'm a bit like you - it's nice to see them filled in. :) Cheers Rob
