The Chatham Elephant by tiaj1402

The Chatham Elephant

Another of the murals in my local area inspired by local history stories.
In 1913 a local resident found some bones in a nearby area that belonged to straight tusked elephant dating back 400,000 years. Today these bones are in London’s Natural History Museum.
I just find it incredible that there were elephants in Kent!
