The Missus and I spent the day exploring parts of the Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge (RRVNWR). We got a very early start on a still and frosty morning.
When we got there we found this! Wilna Pond was as smooth as glass since the sun had yet to warm the air enough to cause a breeze. The 3/4 moon is reflecting off the water as a pied-billed grebe cut a sharp wake right through the middle of the frame.
