Just like my photo from a couple of weeks ago, there were hundreds of them but they shelter way away from where humans are allowed to go. This pair was closer, but I had to use all 400mm of zoom, along with maximum cropping to get this shot. Still, it's a joy to see them in an area that is safe for them to winter over in.
