I had to pull the car over this morning to take this shot of a field absolutely covered in webs. Even the barbed wire didn’t escape. I must have driven past at the right time, since there was no sign of them when I returned that way two hours later. Apologies that this shot doesn’t do them justice but I had to be quick.
This is an amazing shot and so glad that you managed to stop and take the photo. It looks like a moving green sea with white tipped waves and the early morning mist just adds to the mysterious feel.
This is so very interesting. At first i thought it to be frost. Then i thought it can't be. This is sooooo intriguing.
And yes, it does seem like water in a windy ocean or sea.
That’s am amazing sight Lesley….never seen anything like that before. Good to see! Just showed Harry & he said he’d seen that before when farming at our first farm.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond@kork@speedwell@sjs@denful@wakelys Thank you. It really was wonderful, though it creeps me out a bit that I’ve crossed so many fields, completely unaware that I might be in the company of thousands of long leggedy beasties!
