The Golden Boys of Birmingham (AKA The Carpet Sellers)

This statue of Matthew Boulton, James Watt and William Murdoch was put in to storage in 2017 to allow for the extension of the tram network along Broad Street. It has now been returned to a new spot near the Symphony Hall. Lovely to see them back.

That's quite the statue- the artist really captured a sense of life in them- even though they're completely gilded!
